Topics covered include understanding ‘reasonable adjustment’ and disability legislation in the context of neurodivergence, and practical strategies for supporting neurodivergent talent management.

Who should attend?
The session is for psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers and other dedicated helping professional. Unlick the tools and insights you need to serve your neurodivergent clients effectively with our intensive two half- days of training.
What will I learn?
Designed to give you an opportunity to put your knowledge gained in session one into practice before you reflect on it in session two, our two linked half- days of training offer an intensive yet manageable deep dive into the world of working with neurodivergent clients. This training will give you insight into neurodivergence, and tools and strategies to work effectively and inclusively with clients.
Choose from our scheduled course dates or opt for a bespoke session tailored to your organisation’s specific needs and availability. You can choose a face-to-face session or to learn online.
Our training is facilitated by experienced therapists in practice who specialise in working with ADHD and Autistic client groups- and who are themselves neurodivergent. We will provide you with evidence- based practices, therapeutic approaches, and communication strategies honed specifically for helping professionals wishing to work with neurodivergent people.
